Horrible customer service. I’ve been here 4 times and never experienced such. The front desk girl Alana was very rude when I called and was concerned about my contract. I asked her for her name twice because I wasn’t a fan of her tone. Her lack of empathy and understanding my issue was very condescending and dry. I had a great experience with my technician. But being in the service business and showing lack of empathy over the phone for a service that is EXTREMELY PAINFUL when told it wasn’t is very misinforming. I wouldn’t recommend this Ideal image location to anyone. When asked for a manager because I was sick of her attitude she said they don’t have a manager and began to over talk me. The reason for leaving this review because I’m not sure if their was a manager or not or if she really would relay the message.Service: Laser hair removal

Just signed up recently but should have given thought to the fact that they are horrible with answering a phone. I also should have looked at the fact that the front desk rarely had an individual there. Now I can not schedule an appointment because they never answer the phone. I work in a retail location and not answering your phone is never good. Do better. Edit:Got a hold of a nice lady. She walked me through that it has been extremely busy and they are shirt staffed. The consultant who signed me up was extremely nice but should have gone over scheduling instead of moving me out the do quickly to make her next sale. Setting expectations for someone who is new and signing up should be a priority. Last edit: Natalie saved the day. I highly recommend this location. I haven't experienced another location, but I have to edit the fact that she contacted me to schedule a more recent appointment for my face. Awesome work.The technicians are so friendly as well.

I think Ideal Image is worth every penny to remove unwanted hair! The facility is very clean and welcoming! I can't say enough good things about the staff! They are all knowledgeable and friendly! I recommend Ideal Image to all my family and friends.

My satisfaction with this business has declined consistently throughout my years as a not so valuable client. In fact, I must admit that my initial positive review was prompted by an offer for a free treatment in exchange. I regret my dishonest participation almost as much as I regret becoming a client here. While I do not fault them for the rare paradoxical hypertrichosis I experienced, the way they handled it is absurd. Their records are a disaster, on the clinical as well as the clerical side. I've experienced mix-ups on each end. You typically cannot get a follow-up appointment until after the recommended treatment window, with explanations that they're too busy, yet I strangely almost never lay eyes on another client, in spite of arriving early and spending extra time to freshen up. Some of the staff should have a mandatory refresher course on customer service. The treatments are extremely inconsistent so my results have varied, but I'm definitely left with more hair than I began with.

Although this place is specialized for a laser hair removal, but they are using a very old machines. they need to update their laser machines. Come on We are in 2023 now.

Disappointed. The staff is nice/ service oriented and the treatment worked extremely well. However, they sell you on the ability to take your "contract" with you, but make it extremely hard to do so. It took me numerous attempts to get my records transferred to a new office when I was moved for work. Also, your original contract expires, and then you have to pay for treatments even though you already paid for them. They also will not perform treatment if you are pregnant, but also don't pause the "contract" or credit you that time on your contract or money for unperformed treatments. It also takes unreasonably long to complete a contract period, with them demanding 2 months between appointments, and 2 months between instances of sun exposure. Disappointed that the execution is such a scam.

I've had laser on a few areas, and it is well worth the money. The staff are friendly, and the nurses that perform the treatment are great. I highly recommend "Ideal Image" to anyone that wants to get rid of unwanted hair. I say go for it, you won't be disappointed.
