Ideal Window Manufacturing

We installed about 10 Ideal Windows during our summer siding project, and they've been a game-changer. Our home looks awesome, outside noise is significantly reduced, and we've noticed a significant decrease in drafts, making our house cozier and more energy-efficient. Ideal Windows are a fantastic choice!

For most of the windows in my house, I would probably leave a very favorable review. The problem is the two windows that have had their seal break. The windows were bought in 2005. We noticed the seal broken, and it's been on the list of forever to try and figure out who made the windows there is no branding on them. One of my friends, with a different brand of windows, actually just had her window with an issue replaced for free she hadn't had them installed, the previous owner had. I ended up finding the label in the window frame that had information. I called, and was told that I had to pay a $50 fee within 30 days of buying the house which was in 2015 to be able to assume the lifetime warranty of the windows. They consider this to be a service fee. Additionally, the warranty is ONLY the parts, per their terms and conditions. They charge an additional fee for installation. So Ideal Window Manufacturing refuses to replace windows with a lifetime warranty, charges a fee to have the warranty enforced, and charges a fee if you sell the house for someone to actually obtain the warranty that's already guaranteed with the windows? Please reach out if you are facing similar issues, I am working on putting together a class action lawsuit.

Came damaged at least two of ten had to be replaced, the installer was almost actively doing a bad job, not checking the windows before installation and doing horrible caulking that isn’t on the window mfg company though. Frankly I did not care for the way my widows at least were flailed on the sides and capped too and bottom. They didn’t show that when I looked at the model window in the store.

This past year we’ve used Ideal Window in two different renovations. The one living area we bought 2 Patio Doors and 6 PerfectFit windows. All with grids. Not only was the install great, but the windows and doors look beautiful. Our recent renovation we used the casement windows, and again they did not disappoint. After re-building our home a few years ago, I did a lot of research on many brand windows before deciding on Ideal Vinyl Window. I just love the quality and craftsmanship of these products. You can tell they are a made solid, the price was right, and they look just as beautiful from the outside as well as the inside. I recommend them now to all my family & friends.

the Ideal Majestic series windows is their top of the line window. Its real sharp looking and made well. They look really nice in our home and has a higher end look. Ideal was very quick to resolve a small issue we had with one of the windows. They were easy to deal with and gave us no stress. The seem to have a very good warranty department and very good service.

Replaced 5 windows in my house about 5 or 6 years ago and the contractor used the Ideal windows. Now the bay type window in front of house is all cloudy and looks like moisture in between the glass. Sent them pictures and their manufacture label and they want a picture of label that is in the jam. They expect me to take the window apart to find the tag. Sorry I let the contractor talk me into this product. Will never buy another Ideal window

The Majestic series by Ideal a very good window. We paid a little more than the standard windows from Ideal but the Majestic is well worth the extra money. It feels stronger and also looks nicer than the standard ideal. Ideal Windows as a company seems to be really good at service. We had a minor issue and they were quick to respond.

We have been selling Ideal windows for over 10 years now. Great product, good price and great Service. We have sold more than 5,000 Ideal windows. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I replaced three windows which fit perfectly very easily installed. I will order two more at Vapco in Allentown were the friendly service started the ball rolling. Thanks Brian
