Paid On October 2, it is now Nov 12, they said 3 days to 10 days, it is now going on six weeks. No way to contact as they won't list phone number. When doing what I can to check via online it just says "processing."

Employees are rude and unprofessional.

Staff was great, she was constantly apologizing for everything taking so long. Only 1 person working. I talked to another customer that it came in she says it was her third time trying that they were always that busy. Expect to spend at least 2 hours there if you're a walk in

In and out in less than 10, had my papers ready and all they had to do was get me printed and signed. Very efficient, excited to have my known traveler number
