I got there early the two staff members I dealt with were extremely friendly. Make sure you bring all your paperwork with you and ID cards. Especially your passport if it’s not expired. Better to bring more than drive home and come back again

I had an appointment for fingerprinting on 10/23/20 and was impressed with the courtesy of the young gentleman that assisted me throughout the process, from check-in through to payment. The office was clean and they took the care necessary to sanitize the fingerprint station. Without hesitation, I can recommend this location.

Very professional. They were mindful of Covid precautions, courteous, efficient and kind.

Extremely unhelpful telefone customer service. WOW!! haven't seen anything like it in years. And worst, they don't give you the name of who you are speaking with or allow them to rate their service.
