Having no idea how to handle my MILs request to help her find Medicare Part D and a vision plan within her budget, working with a fixed income, I called iHealthBrokers. After a brief interview of some easy questions to help us find the best plans within my MILs budget, Terri emailed me the next day with options. Christopher did a amazing job explaining the best policy that fit our needs since we are moving and don't really know the process of applying for our own medical and since we will be out of work while the transition we wanted to be covered for a just incase purposes and Christopher explained what we can do and how to go along about things and made it very easy with the application process.

I am very impressed by two things: their rapid response time, and their ease of use when it comes to setting up your insurance. I've used them twice: once two years ago, and then once again this year when I ended one job but had to get in between insurance before my next job's insurance starts in a few months. When I first approached them a couple years ago, I forget how I reached out - I think I sent them an email or filled out an online form, but I remember hearing back from them within like less than 30 minutes. They were very nice and down to earth people and also very knowledgeable which was surprising because I wasn't even in their state but they knew how to navigate my state's insurance setup. They set me up with a broker and he asked me some questions about my scenario and then basically did all the work for me from there on out. How awesome is that? So it was with no hesitation that a couple years later I remembered them and reached out again. The experience was the exact same recipe only this time they also knew that I was a repeat client. So anyway, hats off to them, their process if very dialed in and works. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially if you don't want to research insurance yourself.

My experience with iHealth Brokers was great - My broker Cristopher Thomas did a great job of showing me all different healthcare plan options I had available to me, in all different price points and varied benefit options. He gave me detailed breakdowns of all the different plans and what they entail so that my decision was fully informed. Lastly, when it came to making the actual purchase of my selected plan he made it very quick and painless and had me all signed up and enrolled in my new healthcare plan in no time. - Would definitely recommend, got me a much better price then I could find on my own and made the whole process quick and easy.
