IHOP

Walked in and was seated immediately and was asked what I would like to drink by the hostess. The hostess brought me my drink and about 10 minutes later a waitress walked up and asked if that was my omelet and I told her no I had not been helped yet. After she left I sat and waited for 20-25 minutes and was not helped. 3-4 employees walked by me and made eye contact with me and still did not help me including the waitress I had told that I hadn’t been helped yet. I ended up walking out. And the same waitress was helping another table as I was leaving and she watched me leave. I have never had worse customer service in my life.

The service has been excellent. They allowed me to sub bacon for sausage with no push back. The coffee is hot and they give you a carafe at your table. The menu has some good breakfast options.

Worst service ever! Bad part? We didn't even get served! We got seated almost immediately but after we sat down we sat there for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged, they had two servers on duty and one hostess, the hostess could've at least offered to get our drinks if she knew the servers were busy with a big table but she literally walked by us twice knowing we hadn't got our drinks yet or even our order taken, I usually love IHOP but i can tell you right now those employees on duty tonight need to just quit and go home. *Date of visit 5/23/18 10:25pm-10:50pm* not even acknowledged at our table after sitting down

I like how this IHOP is not as crowded as the rest in the morning. I went before 10am and made no line. The food was tasty. Only down sides, the hot chocolate is not made like the rest of the ihops with powder it was made with chocolate syrup and tasted more like light chocolate milk and not that rich hot chocolate and also the food portions are tiny. Other than that their sirloin tip breakfast is always delicious.

Server was dumb. I am allergic to avacado and asked for no avacado on my order. Order comes and there's avacado. She notices it and goes to change it. Not even 3 minutes later a plate comes and it's not even an omelette it's scrambled eggs and found the stick of the bell pepper in my food. Think twice about coming here.
