IHOP

Busy store. Seemed to have training employees. Give it a week should run smooth. Read tickets and double check before leaving kitchen.

They got half my order right and gave me someone's half eaten meal. Definitely not coming back. Saw them laughing at the incident in back. I'm sure it's funny but you're not suppose to have customers see that. I was pissed. Worst experience I've ever had by far

Worst experience I could have had! First off multiple other customers got helped an served before my daughter an I and we had been there well before most of them. Along with my orders were all screwed up nothing I said in detail was done. For instance my daughter loves her waffle plain nothing on it. Waitress (karla) said she got it instead she received a waffle full of butter an powdered sugar! I had to do my best to convince my daughter I could just clean it off. I also didnt recieve my full order. I some how found onions in my pancakes. I asked for cream with my coffee I got milk twice. Mind you all small things but it lead up to at one point I had taken my daughter to wash her hands an came back to my table being cleaned off with our food tossed and we were not done! And I still hadn't gotten my bill! I could not believe It. I told the manager at the register and all he said was wow and walked AWAY!! Never came back. I was in such shock I simply paid my bill for food my daughter an I did not get to eat! And walked away. I told myself be the bigger person but let everyone know but leaving this review! Have a great day all. I advise do not go to this IHOP....

The waitress was nice but she messed up the payment not once but twice! How do you mess up when it's 2 of us and we asked you to split the bill? How hard it is to just divide by 2? She billed my sister correctly but gave me a receipt with the full amount! I mentioned it and they fixed it but fast forward to 2 days later, I checked my bank account and saw 2 different charge. One was the payment before tip and the second was the payment including the tip! WHAT THE HELL!!!?? Worst thing is calling them about it and they put you on hold for 25 min! Never again! -- UPDATE: After nearly 3 weeks, they finally found the error. And I received a full refund hence the 4 star. Thank you to the manager who took his time to look at the issue and resolved it the same day. It was not their fault so I will go back again. :)
