IHOP

The restaurant was clean, not busy at the time 8:50am and comfortable. We were greeted and served by very friendly and professional waitstaff. Alexa was great and very attentive! She made sure that our glasses were never empty while we waited over 25 minutes for our breakfast. Thankully, the food was hot and tasted good which helped improve our "hangry" mood. By the time we left, we saw a lot more tables filled with people and their drinks all waiting for their orders. Kid-friendliness: Their menu is very kid-friendly. Parking: You will not have trouble finding a parking spot.

Ordered food online came and waited an extra 15 mins just for them to give me someone else food that I did not order so then I had wait another 10 mins and they gave me the wrong food again and pancakes that were not done would never eat hare again!

ripping people off by saying they don't have change, food took forever to come, said they didn't know how to use a gift card. boss wouldn't help waitresses at all when they needed assistance 2 young waitresses one new one been there a while. improperly trained staff. would give this zero stars if I could.

Waited 1 hour, never got served. First time in a decade I had to walk out of a place. Literally child labor happening too one or two kids that looked 12 or 13 yo.Food: 1/5

Had to tell for someone to seat us we waited but never heard or saw an employee. We were seated and our drink order was taken. We arrived before another couple but they ordered before us despite sitting and waiting for 15 minutes. It was a bit chaotic. Not in a bad way per se, just had 2 people taking care of customers and however many people cooking. Food was ok. IHOP pancakes have really gone downhill in general. But, it's open 24 hours and it's decent enough to satisfy a breakfast food need/ desire.

Don't go there unless you got lots of time to wait !!! We were traveling. And it was Christmas got right in got seated and waited 45 min for drinks and 40 min for the food ! She read back all the food we ordered and they still forgot my hamburger.. There was no business there to much for that day .but it was not a good experience at all and we spent 70.00 for 5 people and they for got my meal and said they'd make it to go a hamburger!!already behind on our travel 1hourvanf 45 minutes.. I ate off everybody else's plate .and still didn't get my food to go .won't be stopping back . Still left a tip . But lord I'm sorry this was awful.

Service was good. Regular coffee was hot Decaf was warm at best. I switched to regular coffee. Food was great. IHOP was busy in a Sunday. Wait for food was worth it.

Terrible owner. Elderly mother "87" tripped over heavy rubber mat blocking half the sidewalk. Broken glasses, multiple lacerations, egg sized bump on head. Owner lied to insurance co on accident report, refused to take any responsibility. Ambulance took her to ER for treatment/tests. Owner told his insurance there was no mat and they refused to pay for anything. There were 5 people with her who witnessed what happened but his insurance refused the names and phone numbers I offered to provide them. Would suggest avoiding any business with an owner of such low ethical standards!

We got bad manners server today. Never asked for anything after putting food on the table. For three people only two glass of water. I still left tip but the restaurant should pay attention to quality control!

My pancakes were served on a plate that had dried food on it. My date noticed the same thing. That made us look at the bacon & other food wondering if it was from a previous person's plate. We left immediately. It seems brownsburg restaurants are bad at customer service. I was served an uncooked burger at the Wendy's in brownsburg. I cooked more within the last years due to a bad experience at a chinese restaurant in brownsburg. Please be mindful when eating at restaurants.
