She was quick with the drinks, however, while waiting for our food after putting in our order we saw a mouse run across the floor. They kindly canceled our bill for the drinks when I brought it to their attention and me and my wife left. I hope one day they get it cleaned up I really like IHOP Edit update 3-3-24 no word from IHOP I called myself yesterday and in the middle of explaining the situation and what happened I was unexpectedly put on hold in the middle of a sentence and about 5 mins later was taken off hold and asked how can I help you as if I want to order the food. As in the manger didn’t care what I had to say and put me on hold and walked away.

Staff were friendly and attentive, and able to accommodate me swapping the meat options out for a vegetarian sausage option. Good food too Vegetarian options: Can swap sausage option for veggie sausage on combo platters

You as a vet today get free pancakes 3 This is not as you would think you can only order the pancakes nothing to go with pancakes if you do its not free. Very sorry every year it reduce what they offerFood: 3/5

I went there dine in at Sunday in a very rush hour with my kids. It wait for 5 minutes to get seated, but it’s worth the food are very delicious and the server is very nice. The only thing they need to improve is I waited for almost 35 minutes for my food, I understand it’s a busy Sunday but still not a excuse for people to wait for long time to get the food!

Honestly if there was no starts option I would have choose that … server was so lazy she was chitchatting with her friends, the whole time, and not even coming by our table to see if we needed more refill on a soda or anything. The food was not good. It was disgusting. Server didn’t care to even ask. How was everything or if there’s anything she can do for us and every time I had to look for her to get her attention I had to also get up a few times to ask for what I needed and even by the time we had to check out and pay, I had to go look for her and ask her if she can bring us the check already I had to walk all the way up towards the kitchen door to ask for her attention she doesn’t know how to say sorry or have any simple manners or to just apologize for her delay she also had an angry attitude face on the whole time and every time I say thank you just being nice she would just say uh-huh I honestly would not recommend coming to at least this location

Quick and very good service! The servers and host are very nice and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. The food comes out very quick if you are in a hurry. Food quality is good. They have a good menu selection. I will come back to this iHope location again.

Good service but the kitchen staff needs more experience. The eggs were suppose to be poached but they were cooked all the way through. The home fries were like regular fries, not crispy at all.Food: 3/5

This place was good. Very clean and bright. Service was fast even though it was quite busy. All IHOP food is the same and if you like it, then you know what you're getting. All around good!Food: 5/5

IHOP has failed me. I ordered a classic breakfast burrito and buttermilk pancakes. The buttermilk pancakes come with butter and I asked if I could also have whipped cream on my pancakes. My pancakes had no whipped and no butter when they arrived. The breakfast burrito has egg, cheese, bacon, and hash browns. My breakfast burrito did not have cheese and the tortilla was way dried out. Had it sent back. Second burrito had cheese was also very crispy but better. The second burrito also had bad eggs in it. I asked for less eggs in my burrito and more bacon. Burrito was 98% eggs. Chef does not know how to cook a burrito I guess. If you want to get a good, edible, breakfast burrito go to the IHOP in Plymouth near Cape Cod Endodontics. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here. :
