Good food, good atmosphere as well. I love going to places where the staff are laughing and talking with each other. Makes it feel cozier because it gives off a at home vibe. Food was pretty good and the staff were good. Definitely recommend if you're passing through or at the hospital.
Today is probably the last day we will ever go to the IHOP on University in Little Rock. We’ve been going there for years because we have an awesome regular waitress named Suzanne. Today there was nowhere to park, so parked in the curbside delivery spot. A very tall female employee came out and rudely told us to move. When we said there is nowhere else to park so we wouldn’t be able to come eat this morning, she said very loudly and in a very rude tone said, “I don’t care. You can leave.” So we did. And are having a fantastic breakfast down the street at Boulevard Bistro and Bar. That IHOP employee working Sunday 10/30/22 at 9:45 needs more customer service training. She probably treats other customers this way. It won’t affect us again because we won’t go back. She could have just said “I’m really sorry. There are rules and you will have to move your vehicle “

First time here. Food was a bit bland. I had to ask for some salsa and sour cream even though I got a burrito. The server was nice except he didn't ask if we needed a refill or how the food was. But overall it was ok. There doing their best so I'll give them that.Food: 3/5
The waitress was nice alright. But, she didn't come back to check on us to see if everything was okay or not. After, when it was time to go. I was still waiting for the same waitress to come back and pick up my money to pay for the food so I could go leave. I had done gotten up out of my seat while my mother in law was waiting for me outside. The waitress's manager was being so rude and got a bad attitude towards me when I told her that I gotta go see my child in the hospital. The manager had gotten smartalick towards me with a stuckup attitude and ask me who was my server? I told her there she is. That's when I had saw my waitress had shown up and told her boss she'll handle it. I hate to say this, I'm not coming back over there. Why? My pancake was cold up there in Little Rock IHOP.
Highly disappointed in this IHOP!!!! I can say this is the first time I have actually had a complaint. Today I decided to order online for my order to be delivered curbside well online I selected I was here and waited for about 5 mins and noone came outside to see if I needed any assistance. I called curbside pickup telephone number posted outside and a lady with a nasty attitude picked up the phone and not even stating that they would bring my food out or not so I waited a few more minutes before walking in. I do understand that today is Sunday and IHOP is busy, but you have multiple pickup orders stacked up, so you should have a designated people handling online orders with curbside. Please do better!!!!!!
only if I could give no stars because ! OMG where do I start? First, it was empty I'm talking no customers at 6:30 pm on a Thursday...I should've turned my happy a$$ around & went home but no I stayed because it was my niece birthday & she picked the place. It was a party of 4. The server was the best & I wish I could review him by himself. The food except the pancakes was awful I mean cold & terrible.We ordered salisbury , which they didn't have so I got hash browns eww,. , , & which they didn't have claim waffle machine was down now for a week & , & , .... since the pancakes were very very good they get a 1 ..
This was the absolutely the worst experience I think I have ever had in the last 40 years at any ihop. Unfortunately no one knew what was going on and they had to take the drink order several times and still brought all the wrong drinks, when food was ordered it was taking literally forever and we finally had no choice but to cancel our order and just pay for the drinks and leave. Upon trying to leave they were trying to charge us $17 for drinks which was for a cup of coffee which was never received, and for three glasses of iced tea but the reason there were three glasses of iced tea on the bill was because they kept bringing the wrong iced tea. And worst of all, this was all happening during a time when there were barely any customers in the entire place. So ridiculous! The whole thing was utterly ridiculous and very disappointing and I think I will never go to this location again.
We were a table of 5. They let us take our time even though it was bus. Never made us feel like we had to rush it was great because we were visiting with family.Food: 5/5
Food was great, but it took forever to get to us. They got my friend’s order wrong, so she reordered. That took even longer.
