IHOP

My mom and I love going to this IHop! They are very friendly and attentive. They have awesome tea and coffee as well as great food. It's a relaxed place to unwind and visit while you eat. I recommend the strawberry cheesecake bite pancakes!

The food is always good here but the service is sometimes iffy.

Incredibly slow service. Server was completely checked out. Didn't bring us what we ordered, which I knew would happen. Took over 10 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. Food was fine. Nothing special. At all. It was like every single worker there was in super slow motion. So that was fun. I recommend the Taco bell that's right next door

If you have been to one IHOP, the food is the same. I enjoy a closer one again. While the IHOP that I live nearest was being rebuilt and days with an appointment, I went here. The food is good but the service could be better. I usually drink a lot. Having to wait 15 minutes to see the waitress was never a good thing. This IHOP and many others have specials throughout the year. For an extra wait, the savings are worth it.

Great service. Even better food! My booth was spotless and my server was attentive, fast, and very polite. I had a complicated order due to some allergies I have and my server got it all down. It is so hard finding a good restaurant willing to accommodate my food preferences so I will DEFINITELY be returning.

Service was horrible. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated then another 10 to get waited on. Then another 20 to get our drinks. My girlfriend plainly told him she wanted her milk brought out with her meal. He brought coffee with no creamer after us plainly asking for it with our drink order and brought out the milk before even taking our food order and said " I went ahead and brought your milk out so I wouldn't forget it". That was the last straw. We left after that. Terrible management and staff.

Food was ok...waiter was terrible. He brought our food and handed it to us instead of placing it on the table. He walked away without bringing everything we ordered then took a long time to reappear. Once we asked for the rest of our order it took he went and took another order and put it in before bringing our item. My glass was empty and he didn't ask if I wanted a refill. He never asked how the food was. Pancakes were doughy. Stay away if you want good service.

First problem happened on ordering. No soup available and it's not even 6:00 pm yet . Usually a sign of poor management. My fish and chips arrived after the other orders, overcooked. Dark brown, the fish was now hard, same for the shrimp. But the other two orders were omelettes and pancakes, no problem there. I guess you better stick with the breakfast food.

We were a group of eight men from the church each with a separate ticket. The wait staff was highly efficient, the food fresh and hot, delivered on time, and a pleasant environment. Amazingly, since it is an IHOP, it was clean!

I understand a busy Sunday, but today was ridiculous. A 15-20 minute wait to be acknowledged, another 15-20 to get drinks to us with some lame excuse and when the food finally did get there, it was fine. Had to wait on utensils as well. Ill-prepared restaurant and shoddy service. May need to rethink management as I never saw one in the almost 2 hours we were there.
