The steak tips were amazing. Best time to go, weekday mornings around 10-11. Waitress was on point.

great place to eat even if you have nothing to do for the holiday's. It a great way to eat with family and have good time. birthday cake pancake is one I definitely recommend.although the area where it is located it's pretty weird place to put an IHOP.

I like Ihop for its split decision and their breakfast. I never had dinner from them so I would not know how that taste. I like the fact you can get unlimited amount of hot coffee. Overall, decent place to have an eat at especially late night coming from a club.

Since I was a child I liked IHOP. Changed over the years, but still one of the places I always enjoy. Food is good and so are the people who work here. Soon it will be over and we will be able to come back.

Service could've been better...more focus on the customer specially when taking orders. Food was good.

Food and service were good but There was no heater at all! We order and had to eat quickly and go right away because cold was unbearable.

When you want a good quality breakfast meal. This is definitely the place for breakfast. Plus if your not interested in breakfast. Then You also have a lunch and dinner menu. Love it.

The food was okay, but the personnel was very indifferent, ignoring, no smile, no attention. I saw a few waitresses, nobody likes this job. Long time was waiting for a check and more long time - to wait when they charge from my card. Definitely don't want to come back.
