We changed to Ihry Insurance about 10 years ago after having been with a well-known national insurance company for over 30 years. Ihry's rates were significantly lower and their service shines above and beyond. My inquiries or requests are responded to and acted upon very promptly. We couldn't have asked for better resolution to the claims we have had. We have never had this kind of service before. Thank you, Ihry Insurance.

If you're needing insurance and not sure where to go- these guys know their stuff! I love being able to call or stop in with questions at any time. They give great customer service and care about the work they do!

I recently purchased a car out of state and needed it insured very quickly. I called Shane Larck and he had multiple auto insurance quotes ready to go for me in under an hour. I picked my policy and he set up everything on the phone in about 10 minutes. Not only was he extremely courteous and fast, he did it all on a Saturday! I'm very happy I decided to go with Ihry Insurance and I will be using them for all of my future insurance needs.

I have an older home, and when it came time to insure this home I called Shane Lark. During this process we sat down and he explained my policy, each part and what was covered, also how it would act if something was to happen. Instead of telling me that my home was to old to insure and that I would have to find a different agency to insure it, he searched for the perfect company for my needs. During this process I really got to see that he generally cared more about the needs of my family rather than just "making a sale". I wouldn't hesitate for 1 second if someone asked me if they should call Ihry to get insurance.
