Take it from a collector, Illadelph offers the best quality glassware offered on the market. If you don't agree, you obviously haven't seen or interacted with Illadelph's product.  Dalton and his boss that oversees things more on the production end I believe his name was Mike are fantastic. They are extremely knowledgeable in regards to their product and deliver very accommodating customer service.  Don't order glassware from anywhere else but Illadelph. Dalton is a pleasure and is able to service you even if out of state. I'm in Florida and he has been awesome about communicating and sending pics to execute my purchases. I've bought two in the last 4 months alone!

Besides from having gorgeous glass to look at, Joe, Dalton and Mike were all amazing when I came in on a Saturday. While they didn't have exactly what I was looking for at the gallery, Mike totally hooked it up for me finding out what was in production that I might be able to get my hands on. Joe and Dalton blessed me with the technique on how to clean stains out of my old illy, so it could be sent in and were super helpful with paperwork the whole time. Thanks guys!

I absolutely LOVE coming into this gallery. Firstly the glass work is unlike anything I have ever seen before. It is absolutely beautiful and I personally have never seen anything to this caliber of perfection. Second, the customer service is amazing. All the of the people who work there are extremely knowledgeable about the art. Elijah is my favorite of the management staff. He is smart, helpful and always adds to my experience in the shop. You can tell that he is very passionate about the product. I have been to many other places throughout Philadelphia and this is BY FAR the best!

Every time I have been inside I have enjoyed both incredible products and customer service. The apparel is great , I wear my sweatshirt all the time and the salesman never put their finger prints on the glass using their gloves. Typically I deal with Eli but Nick and all of others are friendly and knowledgeable as well

AMAZING!!! The staff was so helpful and very knowledgeable. I have been to many glass galleries across the US and this was by far my best experience. I felt the young man who helped me knew the products so well. I can't wait to go back and purchase more!!!
