iLoveKickboxing- Eldersburg

I came into I Love Kickboxing looking for a cardio workout that focused on my upper body. I found that and so much more!! This is the most supportive fitness community that I’ve ever been a part of. And what a great workout!!!

OMG! These humans are fantastic. I have only one hand and they worked with me. And I felt included. I felt great leaving out. So great I became a member.

First time working out in a group and it is awesome here. All the instructors are great motivators and everyone in the class as well.

I never enjoyed working out until I came here! Everyone is so motivating and supportive!!!

The workout is good but you will need to know what you are doing before coming in. The trainers just show you the way the first time but after that no one corrects your form. So you can be doing it all wrong and in the process hurt or injure yourself.
