We are visiting from our of town, and we're looking for hair, for my friend, she has an hair appt for the next day.... The store said of hours, they were open, No where to be found. We had to knock on someone else door for help. They said, " Its open, but he isn't there ". So why have Open posted hours?? Come on...what benefit is that?? Do better with your business !

I’ve tried to go twice during their posted business hours and both times the store was closed. There’s a sign on the door that says ring the bell or call we are in the back. Both times I did. The first time they were closed for their holidayit was a Tuesday at noon and today they are at a convention. It’s ridiculous!
