Image Model Talent Agency

This is in regards to "Image Model & Talent" located in Roswell, GA. Tamara Robertson is the contact for this company. Today I have decided to no longer do business with them. I worked as a brand ambassador for E3 in Los Angeles June 13-15 for a rate of $750. Just today I finally received payment. My discrepancy is that my check was $718. I called Tamara inquiring why my check was not the contracted amount of $750. She claims she mailed out a check sometime ago & its Las Vegas post office fault. She claims she charged me $32 for her to issue me another check. She never disclosed this to me she just charged me. And why should I be responsible for covering costs of a cancelled check when it isn't my fault? She has been such a hassle to for. She said you must be so hard up for the $32 a lot more than I am. She continued to insult me for asking for the original amount of $750. I've never had problems with any other agencies with payments. I have a po box to guarantee I receive my mail & things don't get lost. She has continually not paid the referrals I've sent her and if she did pay them it was not within the 30 days payment contract terms. She is rude, unprofessional, disrespectful. The last show I worked for her she had myself & staff show up to Mandalay Bay waiting around while she didn't answer her phone & the convention wasn't even happening on that day.
