I have followed Dr Nigh on podcasts are articles and have always found great information. He has started delving into oxalates or rather I just read about his presentation at a conference so I went to his website. I signed up for his newsletter for smoothie recipes but they did not seem low oxalate and wondered why. Maybe his office will see this and explain.

I began seeing Dr. Nigh and his team in June 2023 after a cancer diagnosis. Dr. Nigh and his nurses, Tawnya and Shannon, have been my rock throughout this journey. They are caring, thorough, genuine, up-to-date on all the newest therapies and trustworthy. Whenever I have a question or concern about my conventional treatments, Dr. Nigh is who I trust to help me make informed decisions. I love that the treatment plans are not a cookie cutter approach and he takes each individual's current, and past, health history in to account. I look forward to going to my appointments. Dr. Nigh is truly one of a kind and really takes the time to dig deep and get to the root of the problem. He has helped me better understand and work through my methylation issues issues based on my genetic report. I'm now able to greatly reduce a supplement I've been on for years with some diet modifications. I intend to keep working with him to address other more minor issues to streamline my health again. He is incredibly knowledgeable and well rounded in his areas of expertise. I highly recommend him.
