Amazing spot, friendly staff. Great natural light plus they have sit-stand desks. Highly recommend.
I have worked here for 3 years. I don’t work for the impact hub but rather for a company that shares the building. Heidi, who runs the hub is quite a friendly and pleasant person who does an excellent job! It has a fantastic environment and always has entertaining and interesting events. I would highly recommend choosing the hub as your co working space.
This is an awesome space! I have never used this place to hold meetings, but regularly attend the events held there. I love that they hold a variety and really keep things interesting. If you ever want to find a random event that can progress your learning, just check out their schedule.
I went here for the NIYA open call, and the building is gorgeous! Because it was just an open call I wasn't able to explore or get to know any of the businesses inside, but the building itself is clean and beautifully decorated and designed. If you're planning on going to the open call as well, take a minute to enjoy what the building has to offer.
Seriously a great location, close to everything in downtown. If you are looking for a quick getaway from office and spend quality and collaborative time with your team this is ideal. A lot of presentations and an opportunity to meet with the tech community and upcoming companies
It's a great space to get work done and network. The people that come here are unique and the Impact Hub staff are very accommodating for businesses using the space. Plus the coffee shop has great coffee.
Impact Hub SLC goes above and beyond for their clientele. They’ve accommodated our requests, welcomed our events, and been an active part of making sure we can pull them off without any problems. Plus the space is absolutely GORGEOUS.
I went in with high hopes. My husband and I are branching out to Salt Lake and found the Impact Hub. We were excited hoping it was the answer to our needs. There was an error on the website, and we were confused as to when the open house was - we had the wrong night. Regardless, we got in to the building. The group that was there were the most rude, pretentious, arrogant people we have ever encountered. They said oh, "One of the founders is here, he can show you around," - he came out, and said "Yeah sure, look around," Although the space is beautiful, the people were not. I was disappointed. I wasn't sure if it was racial, economic, or what ... but I will take my business to a more welcoming environment. I would be horrified if my clients needed to meet me there, that the would be treated with the same dismissive demeanor that we were.
The Hub's space is comfortable, productive and incredibly conducive to collaboration. There's no better place to engage with Salt Lake's vibrant community of socially-driven entrepreneurs, thought leaders and change-makers. This is where big things begin to take shape!
Reuse of cool old downtown building, used to be Zim's art supplies. So there's a hip retro vibe. The only downside is the old heavy plank wood floors are really creaky. This was a discussion with candidate David Garbett on valley Air Quality and other issues pertinent to the SLC mayoral race.
