I’ve been here repeatedly. Christmas of 2019 was my last positive experience. I later booked a last minute full body on 9/5/20. It was close to closing hours are reduced due to Covid but I was assured it was fine to receive the service. I checked in at 6:40. They closed that night at 8:00. The service itself was fine but the other workers sprayed and cleaned around me and my personal belongings the entire time. There were also lots of break room conversations going on that were well within ear shot. I could not fully enjoy the experience. When done I began to put my shoes and socks back on. The man that did the massage for me began to spray the table I was sitting on and me while dressing. He appeared very annoyed with me. Yes I tipped him before the service. I’ve decided I will venture somewhere else. I don’t deserve this sort of disregard

I love this place because it’s a great value. The service is usually amazing, but the last time I went in, I noticed my masseuse’s hands smelt like cigarettes as he was giving me a forehead massage. I brought it up to my mom afterwards and she had the same problem. She also mentioned that her masseuse’s hands smelt like cigarettes the last time she went, too. Additionally, my masseuse kept coughing, even coughing on me at one point. Overall, a disappointing experience from a normally amazing place

This place is great, no better price in the metro! I'm the type of person who would only have acupuncture in the back of a Chinese restaurant, so I know it's legit. LOL Keep that in mind when you go, for the 1st time. It's not, "Johnson County nice," but the therapists are very professional. Personally, the quiet ambiance fountain, traditional Chinese music, and incense are perfect for my afternoon nap. Experts at reflexology, they find tight spots I wasn't even aware of! I have only ever gotten the 45 minute foot & body massage $28 cash, which is a communal experience. Tip at least $5 or 20% of total. Leave jewelry, purses, and other incumbents in your car. Their low price and quality service allows me a weekly visit. Thanks to them, I get through the week pain-free!

Excellent value $15 for 30 minute foot massage. Comfortable & relaxing. Needed lumbar pillow since reclined chairs are for taller people. But this was multiple visits for me & I will bring my own back pillow next time.

Today I went to get a much needed massage!! I asked for the 70 minute combo private massage with hot stones and oil. They said ok. When I went in the lady told me to lay down face down, I asked about the hot stones, she replied back but I could not understand her. It was freezing cold in there for they had the front door open, which it is 48 degrees outside, so I was uncomfortably cold for the 70 minutes I was there :- and they are not doing the hot stones and oil during the pandemic, i did not understand that until i was paying. I was still charged the same amount of money as if I received that care. The massage was ok, I have had better experiences than today. I will continue to go back though for i have had some great massages there.

My best friend and i scheduled a 1 hour foot massage. We ended up getting a 15 min Body massage and 45 min foot massage. I am pregnant so for me it was not enjoyable at all. Will not be returning.

I feel amazing after leaving this place. It's not a typical massage place - you leave your clothes on and share a room with others but it is relaxing. The therapists seem in tune to which muscles need attention and they use more hand/elbow/forearm pressure but if you tell them it's too much, they listen.

This place is a trip! I have gone in here so many times I've lost count. You don't need an appointment but I like to call about an hour or two ahead to make sure they can for sure take me. It's in westport so I'd go have a drink next door before going in for my massage. The space itself is a bit strange, all the recliner chairs are in the same room and you can hear everyone moving around but it's not a big deal. It's reflexology and very deep massage so don't be surprised if you feel like you're being beat up a bit the first time. I appreciate a good heavy handed massage, great for those who lift weights or stand for work. Very affordable as well.

I used to love going here but over time the service has gotten worse. I went in yesterday and Now they have some young girl sitting at the front telling you that they need tips in cash and they have a $5min for tips! How do you tell some one how much they can tip? The guy stopped my massage numerous times to attend to other stuff and was weak at the massage so i didnt feel $5 was deserved. It was my last time going. There are LOTS of places in town that offer the same kind of cheap massages with better results and not feeling like ur obligated to HAVE to tip a certain amount for half fast service

My husband and I have both used Imperial for massages. We highly recommend them. It is convenient & affordable. This is not your luxury massage place. So don't expect it. What I love is you can get a full hour massage that is deep tissue with no talking. I have belonged to massage heights for a year and when you find someone you like they want to talk and it is not relaxing at all. Also the hour at other places typically turns into 45 minutes.
