Her Customer Service And Management Skills Are Impeccable. She Is Truly A Godsend. Cameron Is Too As A Team They Make Imperial The Best Company To Work For.

I’ve heard many great things about this company. Someone who genuinely standouts to me in the company is Taniya; she’s joyful , always smiling , and has positive attitude towards all her colleagues and people who come in the office. Taniya was very polite and informative when I asked questions about the company and it’s history. Kameron was a delight as well , focused , and very informative as well he mainly spoke to Taniya which she is his assistant. Overall these two are amazing they both showed amazing team work ethic , effective communication skills , and were very authentic. They even made me feel that security could potentially be a field I could work in.

I have worked for this Security Company for 1.5 years now and I can say with confidence that I enjoy my job. I think it really depends on which job you have and how you feel about it, like most jobs I guess, but mine is very easy and I find it relaxing honestly. The pay isn't anything crazy, but then again neither is the responsibility so its hard to really expect much considering what is asked of you. In my time with this company I have experienced the transition of new management, the old management was really quite bad and this is where I believe the negative reviews came from. This seems to be true based on time frame as it has only recently just changed in the past few months, all reviews that say a year ago are probably referring to the company during the old management. It is true that the creature comforts of "direct deposit" and having to write in to ask for a raise rather than receiving one automatically on schedule every 6-12 months is a negative side of things, and this is why I am giving the job rating 4 stars, if I could have given 4.5 I would have but it doesn't let you as these are honestly just conveniences and not necessary. I feel like this company under the new leadership is much better, my job hasn't changed much aside from becoming more pleasant. Still relaxing, easy, and with good communication with the managers, which is a far reach from where this company was a year ago in terms of contacting their employers. I say go for it if you are interested in a security job, or just one that has a pleasant environment to work in. Hopefully my experience reflects the rest of the job positions, I am obviously only one person in a position that is fairly unlike some of the others I know exist in this company, but I like it.

Unprofessional!!! The boss, supervisor whoever Kameron is, expect the employees to contact him for employment. He took a site from me that was closed down, told me he’ll place me somewhere else he never did. I finally gave him a call regarding my W2 form since I’m now under the impression he’s not finding me a new site he started lashing out. He gets mad when his communication off. That’s what happens when people don’t take accountability in their own actions. My sister was working there as well! She had open communication with them, Kameron was mad because she told him the truth about communication. This place need professional help!

Being one of the smaller security companies in the city still enjoy the people and the services they provide. I cannot speak for the past but I know now that it has been no problems with the new management and owners. They're accessible and they work with you and I appreciate being there.

I worked there years ago they never had any work you had to call in just see if they had work like no permanent schedule I thought they went out of business somebody told me wow they still up and running

I see these guys every now and again around Philly at different events and stuff. Seem like a pretty cool company. Their guys are always friendly and seem to know what they are doing and that they like their jobs. Did some research out of curiosity and was surprised to learn they were a mom and pop.

Not as bad as people make it seem. Treat guards with equality give them fair chances and fair opportunity for the security field.

Everyone is always helpful and informative whenever I need assistance with something!
