This is about how good it get. Wanda Strickfaden is not only a credit counselor, she is the Credit Mentor teaching you step by step. My credit score have improved a total of 252 points in a year and half. My credit score is 730. Believe me numbers don't lie. She will give you the tools and teach you how to use them for the betterment of your credit. So get ready for your mind to be train and your credit rehabilitated. Thanks again Wanda for the wisdom you imparted into me for LIFE.

I rated this company a 1 because the rating system would not allow me to give it a zero. In an attempt to find a credit union open on Saturday this company popped up. The person answering the phone said her name was Wanda. She explained she did not offer banking services, but when I started to ask about her services and fees, she became ill tempered and hung up on me. There was no reason for her rude and unprofessional behavior. All other companies in this business will give a verbal over the phone full disclosure. She said she was not doing it today, stated that she was not other companies, said you had to pay her almost $100 for an initial consultation and then she would discuss fees. This company is far from professional and obviously has something to hide. The hours say 4 am to 11 pm. That alone should have been a give away that something was not right. I strongly recommend you taking your business some place other than this little unprofessional company in Monroe, NC.

Wanda is competant , diligent and gets the job done! You owe it to yourself to consult with her if you have credit issues holding you back , she is the person who has the knowledge to help you , and proves it everyday. Many credit firms out there that promise you the moon , BUT Wanda actually delivers! Highly recommend!
