I went there to pawn my bracelet I brought from kay jewelry store. First the man looked at my diamond bracelet and said it not real gold but it wasn't gold, it was sterling silver, which he told me they dont take, but the person I asked before I made the trip said they do. I think because I was black, yes I said it, he didn't even wanna have a good look at my piece. As soon as I pulled the box out he was shaking his head NO .

This place is the best fair and easy processing of your pawn. You are given the option of cash buy back or you can charge it which is a rare thing to do in the pawn world in my experience.

I came here months ago. They gave me more then I expected & they we're very respectful. From a African American living over here, they made me feel comfortable & they didn't judge me by my color. This sista will be doing business here from now on. Thanks

I have gone to the Coney island location many of times and the employee their is the best in the business ,great human being .very respectful in all. They are the best as far I seen in NYC..best deals in the business and they work with u...try it you won't regret it.

The guy that owns this shop has absolutely no knowledge of fine jewelry and watches. It’s obviously a front for the Russian mob. They have no business being in the pawn industry. Not only is the owner not knowledgeable but he’s incredibly rude on top of it. As far as I can tell the only business that takes place there is drinking espresso. Might as well been in the cafe business. My advice go elsewhere! I’d give it no stars if I could.

All I did is call and ask a question and some rude man picked up the phone, someone who can barely speak with respect. When I asked a question because I was confused and wanted a little more information he said “Lady! it’s clear it says it right there”. Please hire someone who knows what their doing and is professional!!
