In His Hands Bail Bonds

The most unprofessional bonding company. The owner Carlos gives you all types of excuses to not give you your money back when your case is resolved. He never calls you back and always says he's in the middle of something. Excuse after excuse. He will never take care of you. Thats probably why hes going out of business. Hes owes so many people he claims but if you are good standing bonding company. You should have the money you owe people.

DO NOT USE THIS BOOTLEG COMPANY!!! The owner does not stick to his word and gives the runaround about returning the money that is owed to his customers. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS BOOTLEG COMPANY!!! The owner claims that he will take care you——- LIES! My case has been settled/ closed for months now and I’m still running behind this guy to get the monies due to me. This establishment does not do good business! He will take money with a smile and run. Word to the wise, when googling for a bail bondsman skip this place. Pick any other bail bondsmen because you will be screwed dealing with In His Hands! It should be called In His Dirty Hands❌❌❌!!!

Extra extra read all about! Do not use this company. They will take your money and give you every excuse to not give it back after your case is finished. They lie and tell more lies. Carlos Tucker the owner is shady and a scam artist. They need to be shut down because they are not to be trusted. He is very rude and disrespectful to be a business owner. If you can't give people back their bond money then you dont need to be in business. In litigation with them now. Karma is coming around to them soon. Beware of this company. DONT USE THEM. They are plenty other bonding companies who are reputable!!!!

Stay far away. They take your money fast, but do everything they can to not return it. Carlos, the proprietor, just makes all sorts of excuses. Case was dismissed, all records electronic, but Carlos claims he has to call the courthouse and request record status. Everything is electronic, shame shame. He never gets back to you as promised. Shame, shame. It's been months, delay after delay. I can't imagine how many desperate, and needy people just give up after being taken advantage of this horrible human being. Shame, Shame. Look on their Facebook!!! He's done it to others. This guy Carlos is a Pastor?! Shame on him!!! The Devil's got his number.

In his hands Bail Bonds is the most jackleg Bonding Company I've ever seen. I would not have given these people one star, if I could write the review without doing so. I am not sure about the East Point location which may be very good but the downtown location I would never use ever again these people harassed me for months on a bond that they had already received money for and they sign off on the paperwork saying that they would continue to be the bonds person after the person missed the court dates and then tried to come back and demand the entire bond from me 2.5 years later. The case was over and he had even finished his probation by then. if it had not been for the court system letting me know that they do this all the time I would have been out of a couple thousand dollars. The clerk told me they want to shut them down but legally they cant. It was so bad that I met one of the gentleman that works for them I don't know if he was an investigator or whomever. I paid him $100 for them to stop harassing me in which they continued to harass me.(oh yeah, did I mention that he tried to ask me out on a date). They even sent my file to their attorney and it got to the point where their attorney had to tell them that they need to stop harassing me. these people even put this on my credit report. Between my attorney and their attorney, it was taken off. And that is why I would never use this downtown location ever again besides the fact that the lady that manages there, I think she's the manager is rude obnoxious and has no home training and the person that owns the company won't do anything about her. Like I stated earlier I am not sure about the East Point location they may very well be good people, but the downtown location that Services city of Atlanta DO NOT ever go there if you can help it.
