Great center for performing arts. The acoustics for concerts are wonderful and you experience all of the sound. I highly recommend musical performances here opposed to other Spokane venues. The INB also brings a variety of events to Spokane. Comedy acts, ballet, and plays all come through the INB. Many local events are hosted there as well, such as high school graduations. Being so central to downtown, the INB is also a common location for gatherings in Spokane to demonstrate or group together for a rally, etc. The INB is one of the better venues in Spokane and continues to build on their variety of performances and performance type.

Yes, I know the Opera House has an important place in Spokane. It supposedly was built for acoustics and I would say the sound is pretty good. But, the place is so sterile and institutional. Performers I have seen there have always seemed a little blah and I think it is because there is no excitement or wow factor in the building.

Nice place. But we had left a bag of our stuff there and we were the last to leave in our area and called the location to ask if they had a lost in found and NO one called us back. Sad that may be their employees would have stolen our daughters bday gift stuff.

Shows are great, BUT the recent change in security is a complete joke. It’s obviously a fools politically correct way to give a false sense of security due to recent “mass shootings”.
Sorry, but a bunch of metal detectors, and unarmed old people are not going to stop an armed lunatic with bad intentions. You are only taking away your customers ability to defend against it, and in turn creates a very large “Free to Fire Zone”.
It is really unfortunate because many others really do enjoy your shows, but will no longer be attending. You are only increasing the danger.

A well-designed performance space for Broadway, rock shows and corporate events. The venue is great, the people are top notch, parking is the only potential issue, but there is a large pay lot kitty-corner from the building. Lots of restaurants and hotels close by.
