Always had the greatest encounter with the Service Dept. and the fellas behind the counter. they ALWAYS went out of their way to meet or exceed my issues. I will miss Charles..,was the best damn Service person i have dealt with. Al is awesome..,more than willing to help to no end. The whole dealership has ALWAYS been a pleasure to visit..,i go out of my way to have my Indian Springfield serviced at this location...,i trust these folks to do the right job...,and they do. a. "I heard about this dealership on the web...,checked it out for myself...,and happy to say...,it's been an awesome relationship ever since..,all of my needs were tended to...,and questions answered. I have tried to recommend other Indian owners to stop in...,and give the service dept. a go. Great people...,and a very nice and clean business."

MY wife and I were vacationing for the weekend in New Orleans and we make a point to visit every Indian Dealership we cross. Upon entering the door, we were happily greeted and showed around the showroom. The Custom Bikes are bad to the bone and the Custom cars are worth seeing too. The selection of Indian accessories is unrivaled and if we were local we would have bought half the store. we were checked out by Johnny and Nick who gave me some needed info on the new 116 Big Bore kit and were insanely knowledgeable! If you are in the area stop by and meet some of the best biker folk I have met in a while.

This shop is fantastic! Lynn was a great Saleswoman. Johnny was great too. He worked out multiple prices on multiple bikes until I was completely comfortable and happy. Their parts and service department was very helpful with any questions I had. Have I mentioned this place was fantastic? Everyone was so friendly. Truly great experience from start to finish and will definitely be back many more times.

Lynn rocks! She knows her Indians from accessories to torque. There w asnt a question she couldn't answer without any hesitation or research. She even knows after market... Her zest and knowledge persuaded me to buy my Scout from Indian of NO without ever meeting her or seeing the bike in person. In addition to Lynn confirming I was buying the best bike for me she researched a discontinued emblem I wanted for the tank. Pictures to follow.
