Why on earth did I wait an entire hour for the train to show up?!! Its the very beginning of a new year and to prevent from being 3 billion hours late for work on a weekend or holiday I'll have to just sleep the night at my job and loose much needed rest since Marta doesn't give two flying flips. And when you complain and give sugesstions they put all of the blame on the customer and shoot down all of the suggestions given. Worst service I've ever dealt with. Lousy excuse for transit service....fml

It's convenient for my commute to work. Would love for it to he extended further to at least Panola.

Always drunk person or begger outside. Bathrooms atrocious! Elevator always smell like pee. Evening staff around 7pm hardly anywhere to be found when needing help.
