Full disclosure, I haven't even been to my appointment yet and I'm already frustrated. I am a new patient, and I was very clear when I made this appointment I work third shift. I was explicitly clearly on this. But here we are, the morning before my appointment and they call you to remind you. Very standard, every doctors office does courtesy calls. Again, I was adamant that I worked third shift and would need them to simply leave a voicemail. Leaving a voicemail is also pretty standard procedure. BUT NO!!!! They call me THREE times, BACK to BACK to BACk. 😡🤬🤯 WHHHHYYYY!!!??? What in the world was so important about telling me I have an apt tomorrow at 8am that you completely disrespected my sleep schedule after I told you MULTIPLE times about. I have to keep my phone on vibrate at a minimum because I have a son in school. So I can't wait to go to this appointment at 8am tomorrow and be an absolute joy since I've now had half the sleep I should. But I sure am glad I know what time my appointment is at, not like I couldn't have looked at my calandar or anything. You expect me to read your policies, follow your guidelines... But I guess that respect doesn't go both ways. Never in my life.
