From the moment I talked on the phone with Chermaine, I knew that I was dealing with a professional, caring, competent, and trust-worthy company. She answered every question I had about my air conditioning problem. Because the temperature was in the 80's, I knew they were extremely busy, but she quickly found a representative to come to my house the very next day. Steve arrived right on time, and he was able to explain to me what my air conditioner problem was and how we could fix it. His communication skills were top-notch, and I was immediately put at ease about the decision I made to buy a new air conditioner from this dependable and respected company. My air conditioner was installed today by two excellent service pros, Robbie and Kody. They explained everything they were going to accomplish and got right to work. Throughout the process they kept me well-informed. They were thorough, communicative, kind and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you Indiana Home Comfort Solutions! Very easy to schedule and was extremely pleased with the work. We have had long standing issues with drafts in the house. Steve was able to identify the problem and propose a solution. Since they did our duct and crawl spaced work, my house has stayed warm. Not sure why I waited to long to call them.

Just had my AC replaced by IHCS last week. Steve came out to troubleshoot my old unit. Super informative and professional. Gave me all the options and helped me through the process. Opted for a new unit that was installed the following week. Angi and Chermaine were very helpful with scheduling and following up on the service. Brad did the install for me - very nice, professional, and quick! Had cold air pumping out by that afternoon!

My wife and I contracted Indiana Home Comfort Solutions to air seal the attic and add insulation to R-60, perform the Aeroseal product installation to seal our ductwork and install an UltimateAir ERV to bring in fresh air. Steve Lindley's crew of Brad and Anthony did a wonderful job with everything that we asked them to do. The arrived on time and were extremely polite and professional even while having to work around three 100+ pound dogs! Steve and his crew, in my opinion, are the best in the Indy area to help people save money on their energy bills. They will honestly tell you if what they provide will help or not- they do not attempt to "hard sell" like many other companies out there. Highly recommend! *Updated Review- We had Steve Lindley's crew back out to replace our 11 year old heat pump with an ultra efficient York heat pump. They again, arrived on time, were professional and courteous and performed timely install on our heat pump. The new heat pump is very quiet and I will be interested to see how it lowers our energy bill. I will have no one else provide heating and cooling service to our home from now on- thanks, Guys!
