Dr. Adam’s and Lisa were great. Testing proved I needed a root canal. Great care was taken to make this a pain free experience. All work was explained to me even during the procedure. My tooth had something rare four roots. I came out feeling so much better. Next day no pain.

I have been so pleased with my experience. The root canal itself was pain free and the most gentle dental experience I’ve ever had. It developed some uncommon side effects with healing, but Dr. Joe was always accessible to answer my questions and did everything he could to try to fix the problem. He would get me in with only a couple days notice and always made me feel prioritized. All of the hygienists/assistants were also so kind and lovely.

Indianapolis Endodontics is absolutely wonderful! I had an emergency situation, and they got me in immediately. They were so kind, caring and gentle, and everyone there worked together to make sure I was taken care of. If I need anything further done, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Dr. Joseph Adams was incredibly sensitive to my needs, and Shelby & Lisa were both so comforting during the whole process. Tooth pain and problems are some of the most painful things ever, but it truly is wonderful to have a team working with you to get you the care you need quickly, and work as gently as possible to fix the problem. I can’t say enough good about them!!

The team was awesome here!! Was in excruciating pain upon arriving and they made sure to give me an Injection to numb me immediately as soon as I seen them.. they really make you feel comfortable and at ease! Would highly recommended to anyone!! Not sure of the doctors name but he did an amazing job!

I was in terrible pain. After being referred by my dentist they got me in the same day, even called me in early. I couldn’t wait and they were able to accommodate. It makes so much sense. I was quickly diagnosed, treated, and able to go home, but they also explained everything that was happening and made me comfortable.

I got a same-day appointment for a root canal. I was in an astonishing amount of pain and they were able to get me in last thing on a Friday. Dr. Adams and the assistant missed her name were fabulous. Kind, funny, and they talked me through everything. They gave me extra numbing solution when I asked for it - it takes more to make me numb than most. It was so efficient - I was in and out inside of an hour! Hopefully I don't need this service again, but if I do I'll be coming back here!

The best dental experience I've ever had! From check-in to check out, the staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Pfotenhauer was awesome! He thoroughly explained the root canal procedure to me before he began. I had really been dreading it, because I had a bad dental experience in the past. I felt like he genuinely cared about my comfort and worked to make my visit as pleasent as possible. His assistant, Stacey was equally amazing. They worked seamlessly as a team. I couldn't have asked for better treatment and care! I have already recommended your office to a friend and I will continue to do so. Thank you so much for the great care I received!

Dr Adams and team were fantastic when I needed a re-treatment of an old root canal. They were very gentle, kind, and transparent with the options and costs. Highly recommend!

This is one outstanding operation! I had an appt. scheduled for Monday, but the pain became unbearable. I called and was blessed to be able to get in on Thursday in the week prior to the Monday appt. The staff was very professional, friendly, and courteous. The procedure went very well. Dr. Pfotenhauer asked throughout the procedure how I was doing and went to great lengths to minimize any pain. He did a wonderful job! His assistant Stacie was outstanding as well! Overall just a great experience and this was a root canal! Would hands down recommend this group to anyone!

I haven't visited this endodontist in person. I had to cancel my first patient appointment two times, both times a week prior to my appointment, and both times for circumstances beyond my control an appointment for a rare medical condition that had to be made on that day and a subpoena to testify in a court trial. The third time I called to make an appointment I was told that if I cancelled again I wouldn't be seen by this group. The fact that they were so willing to say this without any understanding or knowledge of why I had to cancel my previous appointments made me not want to work with this company in the future. So I cancelled my third appointment. I guess I'm on the list of patients they won't see now. In the future I'll try not to have any other medical conditions or court hearings so that I don't screw up their schedule too much.
