Living at Indigo has been an exceptional experience, largely due to the outstanding efforts of the apartment life events team, Jaclyn and Brad. They truly excel at fostering a sense of community and belonging. Their dedication to organizing engaging and enjoyable events has transformed apartment living into a vibrant and dynamic experience. Thanks to Jaclyn and Brad, there’s always something exciting on the horizon, providing wonderful opportunities to connect with neighbors and enrich our community life.
I've been living here for three years, and it's been amazing! The management team Especially Megan are super friendly and quick to help. The complex is always clean and the amenities, like the pool and gym, are fantastic. The maintenance is fast and friendly. There are so many fun events put on by the apartment which make it so fun! Also my place came with a lovely view where I could see the city lines. Love this place!
This building slowly been falling apart the last year. The pool is not heated and is too cold to get into. It was kept at about 72 degrees all summer. Pretty much unusable, especially because the pool stops getting sun at 4pm. Pool grills only work half the time and when they do they just catch on fire because they are never cleaned. Saunas do not work, the tvs in the community room barely work half the time. The butterfly system to allow yourself or guests into the building without having to go manually get them, has been down for 4 days, so you can only get in with a key faab. They did unit inspections 5 months ago and in my opinion deceived residents about what the purpose of them were for.. They changed ownership and took down our resident portal with no prior notice so we have no way to communicate with other residents. There has been minimal communication about this change of ownership, and it’s unprofessional. Another thing you should know if you’re thinking about moving here is that there cars being broken into multiple times a week. Convenient location though.
IndiGo has continued to provide a wonderful living experience since moving here! The leasing staff are always helpful and you can tell that they truly care about each person having a great experience living here! The maintenance staff are friendly, intentional, and quick to respond for a service! I love the amenities, but even more so love the location! The South Loop area around IndiGo is very well done, with great walking and running loops, and a couple restaurants! It is also extremely convenient to be 1-2 stops away from the airport via the light rail! Throughout the month, the Apartment Life team puts on events that provide residents the opportunity to meet each other, make friends, and have a fun time!
I’m giving 5 stars because of Natalee. She is our girl, anything we need as far as concerns or packages or just a friendly face; she’s so wonderful. I’m a flight attendant and chose this location for work. There has been some issues with people smoking cigarette's, we brought this to the manager, Megan’s attention. She was responsive. Overall I really like living here. The building is very clean and taken care of. The grills are probably my favorite. Maintenance is always on top of the ball as well. I’ve never waited to have something fixed. Overall I do recommend Indigo.
This is a review for the events I also do love the Indigo: Jaclyn & Brad have been INCREDIBLE planning all these social events. I have not always been able to attend every one of them, but when I have, Jaclyn has done a beautiful job of creating a very inviting and comfortable environment. One of the reasons I love living here!
We enjoy living at IndiGo and love our unit! The leasing staff are helpful, maintenance staff is quick to respond when we put in a request, and amenities are great to have even though I don’t use them all. The monthly Apartment Life events are an awesome way to get to know other residents and make living at IndiGo feel like a community! IndiGo is in a great location - close to major interstates and airport. You can get anywhere quickly!
I had an appointment today for a tour. They emailed me about the appointment. I came early, called them for directions for the office. All fine! Then, the moment she saw who I was, she said “ I don’t have any apartment to show you.” That is not true, they have apt for rent. Then, she emailed saying “ thank you for touring with me,” THERE WAS NO TOURING. Clear-cut lair and racist. Hi owner That is not what happened; she did not mention showing me anything; she said she could give me information that is already available online. I asked if she had any openings in July and August, and she said no. That woman is complete a lair. Look at the email she sent to me saying, “Thank you for touring with me,” knowing I did not tour with her. She could reschedule another appointment , or call me and tell me that the apartment is not ready for a tour. But she refused it. That woman didn't like who I am. Complete top.
Sherry was a delight from day one. Indigo is awesome from the staff, location and great selection of endless amenities. I’d give 10 stars if I could as the experience I received was above and beyond! Sherry took my first apartment experience to a whole new level and went above & Beyond! Sherry was so helpful, from the great informative tour, and great leasing experience through out the process. Sherry was there to communicate and answer any and everything from application day to move in day. I’ve toured 10+ properties and Indigo came on top with great staff, Management and friendly welcoming faces. Also Brad & Jaclyn sent me a welcoming letter which added to the great experience. I have yet to get to know all the amenities or meet all the awesome residents but I had to leave this review as credit needs to be given where it’s deserved. I highly recommend indigo to anyone that wants quality, professionalism and overall 5 star experience. Again, Thank you Sherry so much for all the help and support. Lived here for over 3 years, but they tried to destroy my credit when my lease ended and I moved out. Instead of sending me a bill for my move-out costs, they sent it directly to some predatory debt collectors. Horrible place to live, they don’t care about their residents!
