First time floater here and I absolutely loved Indigo Float. Courtney was the woman who greeted me and walked me through everything, making sure I was comfortable and prepared to relax in the pod. She was super friendly and professional and even helped me experiment with the colors of lights that I would like for my float. She made my experience very enjoyable! Thank you so much Courtney : This place is very clean and calming and the rooms that have the floating pods have everything you would need from ear plugs, Vaseline, towels and shower complete with good soap and shampoo/conditioner. They even have a cute little area to get ready in after your float, complete with hair dryers, combs, q tips and lotion. I am very happy that I decided to come in! Such a cool experience.
Great place to relax and unwind. Also a great place for recovery, there are so many benefits to using a infrared sauna, CBD soak and all the other great stuff they have to offer. Great staff they will help you find exactly what you are looking for.
My first visit was pleasant but unfortunately this place went downhill. My second visit the light in the room wouldn't turn off, defeating the purpose of a float--sensory deprivation. I was refunded and told my next float would be free, which is excellent customer service. However, when I came back four months later the light in the room still wouldn't turn off! Instead of ever fixing this problem they simply threw a wash cloth over the light. The pod doesn't shut all the way so all this light gets into your pod. You can still see everything around you and that's not the experience you should be here for. The fact a sensory deprivation business thinks it's okay to have a light on in the room is a sign of terrible management. I'm never coming back here.
I decided to try this place out even though I read the reviews first. Someone mentioned the pod with the broken lid, the ceiling tiles with the concerning gaps and the broken lights. Of course that is the room that I get. I looked up at the ceiling looking for any sort of cameras or anything that looked sketchy. The pod lid was extremely heavy and made it very difficult to get out. Very unsafe for the average person. I had to try to hold the lid open, while standing in a slippery tub and put one leg out at a time. Inside the pod however was very relaxing and I appreciated that the water is changed after every guest. I think I’ll try some other places around town before coming back.
Courtney is amazing and will only go when she is working she is very sweet and explains everything so you fully understand the experience you are suppose to have and makes you feel comfortable with something you have never tried before and her customer service skills are the best I've seen in a very very long time she's very a tentative two customers and I appreciate that from her and I will always come there with her there and tell anybody I know to go there only when she's working to get the same experience
Incredibly kind owner. And yes, it’s true. The chairs are zero gravity and on a totally different level than a mall massage chair. The way it works is you go in to your private room that has the big pot in it, take a shower, and then get in. After five minutes the lights dim and the music turns off and you can get into your Zen mode.
Loved it the wooden tub was deep and wide and sauna was absolutely what I needed 140 degrees if you can stand it lol and the massaging chair almost put me to sleep very well worth it . Will be going back very soon .
My 16 yo son really wanted to try this, so we did it today first day of spring break. We both enjoyed our floats 1st time for each. Gabbie was welcoming and gave a detailed walk through. Facility was clean, she explained how the tubs worked and set us loose. Only issue was the shower in room two, either too hot or cold and low water pressure. A plumber could tighten and adjust both. Otherwise very happy with entire experience and would recommend.
Went with a couple friends to try the float tanks. Upon arrival was told by the woman at the front that a light was on in one of the rooms and that it wouldn’t get completely dark. She seemed unsure what to do, and made a comment that she talked to the owner about it who said to just tell the customer about the light no solution. She then said she had to call the fire department and that it might take a while. One of my friends was offered a different soak and a refund, which she was fine with. The woman then took me back to my room and told me that the lid on the pod was broken and that it was very heavy. She made a comment that the owner knows about it but hasn’t bothered to get it fixed. Getting in and out of the pod was incredibly difficult because the lid would not stay open and would slam shut. The pods are very slippery, and moving around in them while also holding up the lid is basically impossible. I can’t imagine someone who is older or rehabbing is able to do it safely. Afterwards the woman made another comment about how one of the massage chairs is broken and the owner also hasn’t gotten that fixed. Clearly ownership doesn’t care about upkeep. Overall this was a very non-relaxing experience, the service was poor, and ownership seems to be lacking.
A great little place! Some of their services can be a tad pricey, but floating in a proper pod that almost looks like something out of a cyberpunk spa is incredible. They make it super quiet and relaxing. Much better than a lot of comparable places I've seen. My only real complaint is that they were a little rushed giving instructions to first timers, but apart from that it was great. Few of things I wish I knew going in: - Fill out the waiver ahead of time - If you wear contact lenses, take them out before going. Salt water + contact lenses = sizzling eyes. Getting any water in or around your eyes burns like crazy and kinda ruins the experience. - Don't wear any makeup or jewelry
