Indique Virgin Hair Extensions

I ordered 12 & 14 inch pure wavy online and to my surprise one the hair is much shorter than I anticipated, feels rough and tangled when you run your fingers through and the hair does not wave as it is advertised to. I am a long time Indique client and the quality of the hair use to be so good. I paid 345 dollars for a product and I am not at all satisfied with what I received. I had the hair installed despite my first impression thinking it would be better once washed. Nope not the case. The length was ok once blow dried but still tangled and not silky as I previously remembered it to be. Also it didn’t wave once wet instead it was a stringy straight. I had the style curled thinking also once curled it would hold nope pinned curled it and everything after let the curls out the next day and within 2 hours the curls were gone and the hair was straight. So it doesn’t hold a good curl either. Not what I was anticipating. I’ve bought this hair several times years ago and the quality was on point. This hair is too expensive for the quality of hair I received which is less than great. As you can see from the pictures below the hair is washed and it is straight not wavy which is what I ordered. This is a huge disappointment as I hold this company to high standards and I am not at all satisfied.

This is my 15th years of doing business with this amazing company and sales associates. Customer service is paramount in any business and I must say, how impressed I am with the services here. My hair looks amazing at all times and the recommendation is always well accepted. Thanks you for having such awesome employees.

I am FURIOUS with the quality of the hair I bought. I spent over $400...no way after 4-5 days should the hair become matted. I use good sulfate free products that I have always used. Every night I am combing thru pulling and tugging on hair that is matted/tangled and handfuls of hair and knots are in the comb. Every night i care for the hair by twisting it and sleeping with silk bonnet only for it to get matted again the next day. I have been buying from Indique's Queens location for 6 + yrs NEVER had an issue. I still use the hair i last bought from them a year or so before Covid as a pony tail. It's soft - it curls using the same products i use on the new hair and it never gets matted. They are now closed so I went to the Brooklyn location. I have even sent them videos days after purchasing showing them how matted the hair is and how I cannot get the comb through. No resolution. This is EMBARASSING!!!!
