Indulgence Hair & Nail Salon

I went in for my appointment to get my eyebrows waxed, I expressed to the lady that I have sensitive skin and I asked if it would be safe on sensitive skin, she seemed in a hurry and told me it hasn’t been bad for anyone else. There didn’t seem to be much concern with what I mentioned about my sensitivity, and when we finished up as soon as I stepped outside and the air hit my face, my skin started getting red bumps everywhere the wax had touched, I called them right away to let them know what happened and they seemed unconcerned and made absolutely no attempt to make it right with me. I will not go back to indulgence for an eyebrow waxing, ever.

Amazing stylists and service! Susie is the best hair stylist in the world! Ive been going to her for 10+ years and have never left disappointed.

I was extremely disappointed!! I went in for a haircut and a dye. I specifically told the hairdresser to make sure she doesn't get dye on my skin. It was as if she ignored me,,,and continued to go about what she was doing. She dyed my hair Black and all my skin also ....Extremely unprofessional and lazy. I told her again after sitting there with black dye all over my skin that I DIDN'T want it on my skin!! She told me she was a finger painter....

I absolutely love this salon. Susie Evenson is my hairdresser and she can't be beat when it comes to color and cuts. I also really love the atmosphere at the salon everyone is super kind and friendly.
