This office should be closed, the office manager is extremely rude and very unprofessional.
Ignore the bad reviews. Dr Bonner and his staff are great. Sometimes people expect the world from a DR, and expect them to be at their finger tips.... They're busy people, waiting is apart of the practice, and part of being a patient. And as far as what the place looks like, thats just petty.... Its a DR office, not a 5 star resort.
One excellent employee named Silvia. The rest of the staff including doctor left alot to be desired . Building and equipment run down. Looks like a state health clinic in North Philly.
Terrible customer service! You call them and they have no answer for you. The nurses are on lunch 24/7. This place is horrible
This office is unprofessional and very uncaring. The nurses are rude. I would never send a loved one here.
I wouldn't be able to do normal day to day things if it wasn't for him and his staff after my three surgeries.
