Industrious Philadelphia

Tried to set up a trial day multiple times. Finally showed up, the call box didn’t work, I asked at the desk and was told they are not doing trial days right now. As if I’d bother with this place after being treated so poorly. Lots of others with better service for potential customers

We have had our office at Industrious- Avenue of the Arts since August 2018 and love it. We are spoiled! The space is bright and modern. The Staff is always helpful and cheerful. We are a small office and it is great to have someone else making sure that things like printing and internet are taken care of without us having to think about it. Cafe has great breakfast, coffee and snacks everyday- all included- so we can have a pick me up and also "bump into" well at least in non-covid times people from other offices and industries to make our small office feel like a part of a much larger, diverse group. Rent may not be the cheapest, but when you figure in taking out the hassle of having to deal with any of the set up / maintenance of running an office space, along with the unlimited printing, coffee and snacks and weekly happy hour! that are always available, and having multiple size conference rooms when you need one, the benefits make it worthwhile.

Industrious has a fabulous co-working environment for all members. They have doubled down on cleaning due to the pandemic to ensure member’s safety, everyone is very friendly and helpful, but most importantly don’t forget the multiple snacks offered and their Thirsty Thursday specials are on point!

This place is fantastic! I take pride in being a member of the Industrious community. That's just what it is, a community. The people and space are open, friendly, and inviting. I highly recommend this office space. The amenities are top notch kitchen, phone booths, conference rooms, etc.. And I've never eaten breakfast so consistently. Why? Because it's provided every day! And the snacks, don't even get me started on the quality of the snacks. Awesome! I never miss an opportunity to show off my office to friends when we are in the area and I'm not surprised by their jealousy. I highly recommend this place.

Industrious has been a great space for my company and team. The space allows me privacy needed to keep my company focused while offering open spaces and connections with other companies to network. Industrious' concierge has been super helpful in connecting us to people that need our services and accommodating any needs we have. They often go above and beyond by offering free in office massages, juices on Friday's and weekly happy hours. I was very impressed with how Industrious handled our growth needs. As we add more people to our team and required more space to operate, Industrious helped us transition to a bigger space without the pains of moving. Everyday I look forward to coming to work at Industrious as it is a place that fosters companies' growth while providing me with my own private space.

I have had a fantastic experience working out of this beautiful co-working space! The area is cleaned regularly, straightforward policies are in place to keep members safe, the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the location can't be beat!

I was at Industrious for 2 years and it was a great move! Our community manager was Ariel and she was terrific as well as well as supportive with anything we needed. It was my 1st office when I went on my own and there were many supporting entrepreneurs and the atmosphere was energizing! The morning snacks were a plus!

Wanting to get a solid understanding of the coworking market in town, I visited almost every coworking space in Philadelphia and even tried out a few for a test day. Industrious stood head and shoulders above the rest. It felt the most comfortable, had the most beautiful common area, was managed by the most professional and attentive Community Manager, and had the best vibe. Two months in, I’m thrilled to be working in my office at Industrious. There is a great mix of people and organizations here, and the services are excellent. And, as mentioned in other reviews here, the Industrious team is top-notch: super helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

I’ve greatly enjoyed my experience working at Industrious. The staff members are extremely helpful and thoughtful especially when it comes to hosting an event. The space lends itself to hosting a great party - great views and an accessible location.

Industrious is the absolute best co-working space. We have an awesome Community Manager and her teams ensures we have everything that we need to make our work day efficient. Snacks are good, too!
