Indy Downtown Community Acupuncture

I am relatively new to acupuncture but now go about once a month to Indy Downtown Community Acupuncture. Erica is fantastic, and even though I don't go for anything specific - mainly general health/well-being/stress management - each session can be tailored to what you need e.g. I had some minor work-related strains that were the focus of my most recent session. I always feel great after each session, and especially appreciate the suggestions of herbal supplements to take between sessions, all of which have made noticeable improvements. If you're curious about acupuncture, or looking for somewhere new, I could not recommend IDCA more highly.

Love this economical affordable way to get much needed accupuncture. Very calming soothing atmosphere. Only drawback is appointments limited to Mondays and Thursdays.
