Amazing customer service! I emailed back and forth several times and always received timely responses. I was trying to plan a massage for four girls at the same time and this was the only place I could get it done, plus more!
It was the beginning of a bachelorette party celebration and they even had a little corner with props and a chalkboard sign for pictures. We also got a complimentary mimosa 😊
The swedish massage was also great and relaxing!

I came in today for the first time after looking on Yelp. I believe Ally was the name of my massage therapist, and she was amazing! It was only a 45 minute massage, but it felt like an hour. I definitely plan to come back. Thank you! Also to add, as a business owner myself, I know how the effect a negative review can have. If you just see a few negative reviews, do not let that hinder you from checking this place out!

I went to Indy massage today for the first time and it was awesome! I booked online earlier today-so super easy! I was in so much pain and needed a relief from the neck tension. (LMBO) I booked with Anna for a 30 minute chair massage (that’s all the time I had today) and she did a magnificent job!! I went to IMC based on the reviews. Thanks to all the customers that provided reviews. I will definitely be going back. The atmosphere was clean, calm, very quiet and relaxed. It smelled good with a clean feeling. I’m very particular whom and how I fraternize. WE all work had for our money... at least I do! So I ensure that it’s money well spent. I’m very big on customer service, cleanliness, and diversity of thought. So with that, it’s plenty of options for consumers in today’s world. THANKS IMC for the customer service, professionalism and welcoming environment! I will now include this with my monthly budget along side Starbucks, Nordstroms and Saks!(LOL, LMBO)

At first I had a great feeling about this place. I took my husband in Oct 2017. He had a great experience. We tried to do a couple experience in Feb 2018👎👎!!! I called a week ago and made our appt. We get there late & they did not even have us scheduled!!!!! They were booked full, so a wasted trip all the way around. What is the point of calling if they are not even going to put you in the book?? He wanted to reschedule. I did not, why continue to waste my time with them!!!

In response to your response....It is a shame to put up a bold face lie like that. When your receptionist told my husband & I that there was not even a record of the appointment being made, or that any calls or text were made to get the deposit or full payment. Just admit you messed up and move on. We all make mistakes, but to continue to lie to cover your mess up is another issue in itself!! Take care and have a wonderful day!
