Love IPA! Great business and it's no wonder They have been in the industry for nearly 40 years! Very knowledgeable about the equipment and services.
Very bad business to work for. They treat there employees like there not worth anything. As far the retail part they poorly train people to do there jobs. As far as there crew production they do not treat them right at all. I was a previous employee there and they do not run there business right or treat there employees right at all. They are a weekly paid business and they do not pay on time at all. Ask me question why I said that and I'll answer you. They over price and bad guitars and equipments. Wouldn't recommend going there for anything!
John and the entire staff at Indy Pro Audio are awesome.. They helped up with our event stage and everything to top notch.. Safety first! Do yourself a favor and do not hire anyone else to help with your event. After 9 years of other "Service" we made the switch to IPA.. Great service and Price!
I hope you don't let a few haters keep you from letting the pros at IPA assist you with your next production John and Susan have been running IPA 1980, that says something! Good people who are doing great things! Jim Deckard
Great family business with tons of experience in the industry. Affordable rental options and production services. Go here if you want professional quality service or just an honest opinion based upon years of hands on experience that you just can't find in the big box stores.
Extremely poor quality stuff. The older gentleman was extremly rude as he kicked me out of the store when i asked for a refund which an employee of the store had agreed on. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST. Buy ur stuff online. THE PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH HERE.
Closed on Sundays so I wasted my time AND gas for a pack of strings I needed ,only to find a hand written sign on the door. They've lost MY business now
Not open on Sunday as advertised. Got all the way there to find a sign on the door.. Update ur website u hacks
Outdated and overpriced , feels more like a drug front than a legit music store. Sad example of another poorly run family business.
I could very well be wrong. .but I'm going to go ahead guessThe guy at the Computer/register is defiantly just a cashier. Don't rely on him for equipment information.
