Top-of-the-line venue that does everything well. We have been able to shoot multiple weddings here in the past few years and our couples always walk away happy! The venue is capable of accommodating pretty much any size guest count you could want. One side of the venue is a smaller event space, and the other side is a separate larger space. Both sides have their own string-light patios. On the side with the larger event space, we love the upstairs area with rustic wood everywhere, large windows, and exposed brick throughout. There is an elegant staircase and moody elevator. The getting ready spaces also provide lots of natural light that make those photos great! We have seen ceremonies held downstairs, upstairs, and on the patio and they are all great options, although the downstairs space does not allow much natural light in. Upstairs is open with huge exposed wooden beams that make for great ceremony pictures. We have captured weddings here with guest counts varying from 50 people all the way up to 400. Our couples love how large yet intimate the space is, regardless of the guest count. Also, the staff is always extremely professional. The food and service are unmatched. Always a pleasure to work here!

We had an amazing wedding at the Biltwell! The Dock/Deck space was perfect for achieving the intimate feel we wanted for our day, and the outdoor space was perfect for our cocktail hour. The proximity to downtown was a huge plus. Monica was great to work with, and we got so many compliments on the food. We can't recommend the Biltwell enough.

Went to a fundraising event here. Absolutely gorgeous. Staff is very attentive and professional. You can see Lucas oil and the city out of one window and they sunset skyline out of the other.

As it has been a year, I have to share my story. My at the time finance and I were supposed to get married in October of 2021. The wedding did not end up happening due to a mutual decision. I was a soon to be bride that tried to pay vendors as much as I could upfront, and get the vendors the money that they needed. Almost all of my vendors were so sympathetic and easy to work with about giving me a credit or money back most of the time the amounts being around $1,500 or less. I had paid the full amount to the Biltwell on May 6, 2021 over $6,000 when the deposit only had to be $1,000 up until two weeks before the event. I paid this giving me a balance of $0 five months in advance. I was so proud and felt so accomplished to pay for the event center because it was a huge thing taken off my list. After, we called off the wedding, I got in contact with Mark at the Biltwell to see if I could get the money back that I paid that was not due at the time. I was very understanding that they would take my deposit amount of $1,000, but was expecting the money that was not even due yet, which was over $5,000. I did not get this money back and did not end up getting married, so there is over $6,000 I will never see again. They said I could use the space within the next year. What even would I have even that big to use the space? I am not from here and don’t have many friends or any family that live in the area that I could have even let use the space. It is just sad that in a sad and hard time already, a venue won’t work with you to get you money back that was not even due. Note to all future brides: don’t pay the full total of any vendor until the last second because if something goes wrong they will keep it all.

This is an interesting venue, located in an interesting part of the City. I attended an evening event. Very large venue with lower and upper decks. The entertainment for the evening, a Band and Violinist, were great. There is a 360° photo op, which the partygoers enjoyed. I couldn't find the upstairs bathroom, if there was one but the downstairs bathroom was spacious.

We had the best wedding experience at the Biltwell. Leu, our coordinator took such good care of us. From the planning, to rehearsal dinner, to our wedding day everything was absolutely beautiful. Leu made sure to take care of everything, kept us informed, and was truly a joy to work with! Venue was beautiful, food was delicious, and venue was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend the venue and you will be lucky if you get to work with Leu!
