Infiniti of Denver

I bought a 2015 corvette from them with 5000 miles. They never informed me the car had an aftermarket supercharger and still sold me and extended warranty. The warranty company has been outstanding, the dealer is the bad apple here. Right away there was a clicking sound so they said they replaced the high pressure line that had a check valve in it. The noise never went away and now I have a blown motor and they told me it’s my issue that I should have know the warranty was no good for my car since it was. Customized by the previous owner not me. To top it off the valve they replaced has zero check valves in it so it was all a lie and poor mechanics. Karen the finance manager had zero to offer and basically just said sue them. I wouldn’t do business with this shady dealership. Very poor management. My contract clearly states supercharger and is check marked. No additional modifications have been done to this vehicle. I am not the professional it is the dealer who should have fully disclosed what was factory and what was not.

I've been getting my Infinities serviced here for 20 years. Always treated warmly and respectfully. I am well taken care of by Clark, in service, to the point I don't check my receipt for work. I trust him. The work is always done efficiently. The lounge has the comforts of home with hot and cold drinks, variety of snacks, TV , clean restrooms, comfy chairs, tables, and charging stations for phones. Clark checks in with me while waiting for my car with updates and time. The service department is the second reason to buy an Infinity car. The first is my Luxurious M35.

This was the first time I hash my car in for service and they did not disappoint. I took advantage of the loaner service, they came to me with loaner car and took mine to the shop for maintenance. Living an hour away this was priceless. Chris and the service tech took videos of my car and showing what needed attention and or repair. Love this option. My car came back with all the work done and they picked up the loaner. Excellent customer service and follow up. Will certainly be bringing my car back for service.

This is first time I go to Infinity Of Denver. I discover them online for my Infinity Car. But good news is they work on other Make And Model of Cars too. I have such a great experience with this place. Clark is the person who make my appointment on the phone a day before I go there. He is such a knowledgeable, humble, and friendly person. He work with my INSAURANCE company and fix other issue of my car the same day. What a service this place give to me. Prices are very reasonable. If I can give 10 STAR to them , I will. Now this is my regularly place for my all three cars. Thanks Clark and Infinity of Denver.

Had a really good experience with them they helped me out getting to my price range and truck I wanted while I was trying to trade in a toyota from another dealer. The sales team was very helpful and polite never feeling pushy to get the sale. I would happily recommend giving them a chance for your next car purchase!

Everything from start to finish was great! It started with receiving a reminder text regarding an oil service on my car. I called Clark to set up the valet appointment on a Friday and the appointment was made for the following Tuesday. The valet driver called Tuesday morning to make sure the 7:30 am appointment was still good. The driver showed up at my work, we exchanged keys, and he drove away with my car. I received the text that my car entered the bay about an hour later and then another text with the video and recommendations an hour after that. Clark called me to go over all the recommendations 7 different items and all of them were approved. It was estimated that my car would be finished by 3:30pm and it was actually done at about 1:45pm. I received the call from Clark and informed him I would drive the loaner car to the dealership to pick up my car. Since I had paid for the invoice online, I was able to leave the dealership about 10 minutes after I arrived so I didn't have to wait around for paperwork and payment.

I will only take my car here! I called them and told them i was having issues with my car. They came to my house and gave me a loaner car and took my car. While they had my car for 1 day, they couldn’t find anything that was wrong, but they vacuumed out my inside, cleaned my outside and put a little gas in it free of charge and brought back my car and took loaner at no charge. Their customer service is phenomenal which is rare in this day in time. Literally the best car dealership around!

My service visit today was exceptional. They picked up my car, kept me in the know regarding my car and dropped my car off. This was totally convenient and top notch service. I would highly recommend Infinity of Denver. Thank you! Chris was excellent to work woth.

Infinity of Denver was quick to fix a couple unseen issues during the test drive that surfaced once I got the car home. They took the car back in, serviced the vehicle to get it up to par, and provided me a great experience in problem solving for the issues I was experiencing with the vehicle.
