I'm a candidate for ICS and I have had an absolutely exceptional experience with them and I've worked with 10+ staffing agencies throughout my job search. My recruiter Mike is totally fantastic. He first contacted me on a Tuesday and had me an offer for a job that happened to be a perfect fit within a week. Not to mention, he's very friendly, informative, prompt, communicative, and cared for my best interests through the whole process. The onboarding process was also super prompt, easy, and smooth. Security guard at front desk was very rude and had an attitude for no reason. I don’t know if it was racial or he was trying to mock me but it wasn’t welcoming at all.

Met with Alex, our meeting was quite nice actually. However, big promises zero yield! He said even if the prospective client we had scheduled to discuss wasn’t a good match that he’d get back to me rather than just file me into their system. After all I did take the time to commute out three hours door to door but after our meeting started the email pong and no resolve, at all. He didn’t even have the courtesy to give me a long awaited phone call or feedback after having even submitted IF? to his client Morgan Stanley. I would never recommend a placement agency that hasn’t the courtesy to do as promised. Move onto the next staffing agency there’s plenty out there guys, and gals! You don’t want to waste precious time and monies here trust me, from my candid experience

I first learned about ICS when one of their recruiters Elisa Emeritz contacted me about an opportunity. She had found my resume online and thought that I would be a good fit for the role she was working on.
