Peddled us 15 year old software and did everything they could to make the process as slow as possible (so they could charge more). No concern as to what works best for the people actually working on the project - only goal was pleasing upper management. We ended up dropping the project (and them). Avoid these names in particular: Roger Hedlund, Bob Marshall, and Jason Gilligan.
