Inland Empire Carpet Repair and Cleaning

Alex stretch the carpet in my bedroom and spare bedroom, he did a great job. It looks brand new. He was very professional and nice. I recommend him to anyone needing this done. The price was great also.

This is my second time having to use this company. This time my dogs ate my carpet. Alex text me 30 minutes prior to our appointment time and did an amazing job again. I am 100 percent satisfied with his repairs both of them. Hopefully my dogs don’t do it again but if they do I know whom I’m calling. Thank you again Alex!

Alex did a FANTASTIC job repairing two doorways that had been scratched up by our cats. He was super speedy, kind, communicative, and it was all around a wonderful experience! I highly, highly recommend!

Had my carpet repaired today after my pup tore it up down to the flooring base. Communication to schedule and price the repair was quick, easy and fair. Alex was polite and professional and the job was done in about an hour. Overall excellent experience. Alex was on time, very polite and explained everything to me. I had an odor in one room, he gave me two options but actually recommended the less expensive one for my needs. He was very conscientious about making sure to not damage anything in my home. He had some corner protectors which were great because I’ve had cleaners come before and mess up the wall with the hoses. His quote was right on, no unforeseen costs. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Alex and his company. Very professional and friendly. My dog scratched up a big chunk of my carpet by a doorway, it was about a foot in width and probably 4ft in length! I was referred to Alex by a previous customer and his response time was amazing. I was able to schedule the repair quickly and the work done was done efficiently. The carpet looks like nothing ever happened and he was able to repair another section of damage that he had noticed while here. I am very grateful for his time and craftsmanship.
