I think often times we just don't realize that saying a kind word or BIG thank you can really matter for a business. I have had the privilege of working with this escrow company for over a decade. I work for a TOP producing Broker and we do multiple transactions each month and I can't say enough good things about the professionalism and effort that goes in to each transaction by Kerry Cisneroz and his staff. Many late nights they remain after their normal business hours to finish work that pertains to our transactions and others as well. Escrow is a fast paced, DEMANDING and detailed field to work in. I would not work with an escrow company that could not handle the volume we produce so if an experienced opinion matters I am hoping you will consider my words. I respect their work ethic and honesty. Integrity and quality are my final parting comments, that is what I personally enjoy about working with this company.

This is long overdue. 5 stars, they always come through. I'm a manager of a local mortgage company who originates, I take pride in my business. The service Linda and her team produce is top notch. Kerry, Kevin and Melanie are the best in the business. Not all is 100% perfect no place is! but its how they handle issues that arise and provide excellent customer service along the way. I wish there was an option to leave no stars. I'm trying to sell my mobile home, everything is in order, but between Inland Empire Escrow and Action Mobile, no action is what's occurring. An offer has been made and accepted, yet it is taking forever for financing, appraisal, etc. When all of this is said and done, I will be contacting the California Department of Business Oversight and filing a complaint. I have never seen an escrow take more than four weeks-in AZ, where I just bought a home, it was only two weeks. But in CA, every company and entity is only out to screw people, and companies are reactive instead of proactive. The governor of Ca will also receive an email from me, as he has helped me in the past.

Excellent and I would say the BEST Escrow company in the Inland Empire. I mean "Inland Empire Escrow" Its in the name. I mainly use their San Bernardino Location because that is closer to my market. Barbara, Renatta and her team have always been a great resource of information with quick response times with active escrows. I highly recommend this escrow company.

There's a reason this company has been in business since 1987. Plain and simple they are very experienced and offer great low rates. I have always been happy with the service I have received.

Tried to sell my house, but just found out they never transferred ownership years later. This is our first home, we had no idea. Have to move for my son's sake, but now we have to deal with this stress! Someone dropped the ball on their end.
