Bad driver. Cut me off and several others when driving down the road. When you are driving a company truck you are representing your company. Bad company.

Had some initial difficulties but we worked our problems out with management. Appears from resolution that company is very customer-centric and wants to do the right thing.

The staff at Inland Truck Parts and Service we're extremely nice and fixed our motorhome. We had trouble with the fan clutch so our RV was over heating. They allowed us to stay in their parking lot overnight since.we had to wait for a part. I would highly recommend them to any RVer who has a mechanical problem. Thanks to Clayton and Jesse for.fixing our.RV and thanks to Tony for his help as well. We hope to never see you again! However, if we ever have trouble in your area again we'll be sure to go to Inland.

Where do I start. I had my truck towed to this place because my transmission went out. The tow truck driver had to pull the axle to tow the truck so a bunch of oil came out of the axle which is supposed to be replaced when it is put back. I decided to fix an engine oil leak while we were doing the transmission and had them change one of the gaskets. I called just to make sure they check the oil after the job was done. Patrick one of the managers told me they checked it and topped it off. There's another part that I requested he said didn't come in that he just forgot to order. And when I got there and check the oil myself I had to add more than a gallon. This made me think I should see if they check the axle oil. They put the axle back and didn't bother checking it either. It's really amazing I spent over $10,000 and they couldn't do so much is to make sure that my fluids were okay after working on the parts that made some of that oil leak out. They took the Payment and told me I was all good to go. I learned the hard way to double check everything and I'm sure glad I did this time . Patrick is grossly incompetent and should be demoted. These guys dropped the ball every chance they had ... his first excuse was that they've got a bunch of truck's that they're working on and he can't keep track of everything. So what is that supposed to make it OK ?? Then he tried to blame everything on the tech who obviously was not the sharpest tool in the shed but the bottom line is management is in charge. What's worse is they told me they checked it when they didn't. I could go on...but I think this puts it in perspective. Stay away unless you have absolutely no other option...
