Very unprofessional place of business. There's no sense of respect or integrity and that's coming from the top down to the bottom. They only care about making a dollar no matter who gets injured. For future reference if you decide to leave this place dont put in a two weeks notice because they will not pay you the money you worked hard for it's in the handbook so they have the right not to pay you so its best you just tell no one when u decide to leave take vacation and get your money. They too busy keeping up with rumors on the floor or starting drama then trying to make the company succeed. Last but not least don't waste your time seeking adanvement because your only going to move up if you feeding information to people or kissing someone's behind to get to where you need to be instead of being based on strictly your performance. I would say don't go to this place by any means you'd be better off standing in the uneployeement line.

Racist management, night shift has the most problems because night supervisor is a Nazi supporter. In HR , the skinny bald guy with glasses is forsure klan or Nazi. Glad I found better opportunities,hope u do also . Good luck
