Fantastic yoga class tonight. Fortunate that class was specific to my needs. Space was clean and welcoming. Masks were worn and room was continuously filtered. Afterward I felt great. If you are looking for a 5pm yoga class this is it!

Relaxing and peaceful! Showers a plus + The Sunlighten sauna is pretty good...but I prefer the Clearlight sauna which you get a much better sweat. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who exceed expectations.

I love Inner Light. I come when visiting my parents. After I feel calmer and shop at their boutique. They have meditation access in the sauna and I shower after with their well appointed restroom.

Wonderful experience. Staff is very nice. I keep coming back there I absolutely love that place.
