I am genuinely surprised to see any negative reviews of this place. It may just be that people will negative things to say are more likely to post. Dr Vo is an excellent doctor. Knowledgeable and thoroughly addresses every concern I have. The nursing staff has also always been very helpful. Responsive and very friendly.

Surprised to see any negative reviews. My experience here over the last 5 years has always been excellent-- better than other medical providers I've seen in Northern Virginia. I have never had to wait more than a very few minutes for my scheduled appointment, and Dr. Richey and Dr. Vo have been thorough and patient. I have also been impressed with the Inova system. All my records are available across the system, and they seem intensely focused on the patient experience.

Did a routine check there. They didn’t record my address correctly at all and I got the bill from a collector after a year plus. After I had called multiple times to ensure that I wasn’t being charged or my insurance was covering it. Just a really bad business practice clearly. They had my number but didn’t call. Glad to see they work well with military members.

it’s like they’re TRYING to get me pregnant/mess with my hormones. every single month is a fight for them to fill my prescription. my poor pharmacy calls and calls and calls with no answer. i’ve received messages that said prescription has been “filled” but after checking 3 times and calling multiple times there’s still nothing there. if you need your medication in a timely manner go anywhere else. absolutely ridiculous.

I came there today to make this location my primary care physician and to get blood work done in the same building. The young woman behind the front desk named Cindy refused to validate my parking. So I asked to speak to the office manager and the front desk person goes to the back to discuss why I wanted to speak to the manager. So of course she never came out to speak to me. But I work for INOVA as an RN and I really didn’t appreciate that at all.

Doctors/staff - 5 Stars; Scheduling service - 0 stars. The doctors and staff are amazing! But getting in touch with them is near impossible. If you call the scheduling service, you will be advised there are 20+ calls ahead of you and you will never get ahold of anyone. You can try and schedule online, but the doctors book way in advance, so if you have an urgent issue, this place isn't the way to go.

I was billed almost $500 for routine annual labwork because their claims department billed the tests under "experimental" billing codes. I've been trying to have a meaningful discussion with the front office about it for months, but each time I've tried to call, I've been hung up on, or told they'd call me right back and then received a voicemail without my phone ever ringing, or told there were "outages" that made them unable to speak to me. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I recommend that you avoid this office at all costs.

Doctors Rao and Vo are exceptionally compassionate and thorough doctors, but to my dismay due to cost of care, even with insurance coverage, is far too high for simple visits. I’ve had simple check ups and short visits cost me anywhere from 200.00-400.00 for incomprehensible reasons and I have a very good insurance plan through my employer. If you can afford the cost of care or your insurance covers more of the fees, these doctors will take good care of you. But beware as follow ups, specialist visits, and even video visits will cost hundreds of dollars.

Only ever had a positive experience here. Been my primary care location on and off since 2018/2019

If you are a patient here and you ever need to briefly talk to a nurse don't bother planning to use this business. You have to even make an appointment to learn what type of COVID test you should have or to have them write you an order for a test.... And of course there aren't appointments for a week plus out.
