I went to Jennifer after I was badly rear-ended and suffering from whiplash. Before I went to her, I was in a lot of pain and was battling headaches almost everyday. After just a couple appointments my headaches went away completely and my neck/back pain significantly improved every week until I was completely healed. Jennifer also took it upon herself to guide me through the claim and settlement process taking that stress and burden away which can be very overwhelming. Professional, family oriented, and very skilled/experienced. Would recommend to all of my family and friends for any chiropractic needs.

Dr. Jennifer Forster has been a blessing in my life. Many years ago I had a bad wakeboarding accident and my back has never been the same since. I've also had headache and neck issues from time to time. Nothing seemed to help much, so I thought chiropractic help may be worth a try. I never really had issues with my health and never thought I would need any other help besides my normal doctor, but I'm sure glad I found Dr. Forster. She is very knowledgeable, a great listener, and just gives off a great sense of caring that makes you feel like she truly wants to help wherever she can to get you feeling better. My back has felt much better over the last year of regular visits and I do not get the headaches I was getting. She also introduced me to the wonderful pillow I know use every night and has helped me sleep better and wake up without pain in my neck. I definitely recommmend her.

Dr.Foster is absolutely great!. She definitely knows what she is doing. She helped me regain hope that some of my chronic aches and pains can be improved or resolved through active release. Also, Dr.Foster as well as her staff are very friendly and flexible when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling appointments. Bummed that I moved out of the area, but would strongly recommend her to those in need of chiropractic care and/or active release therapy.

I have been a patient of Dr. Forster for about a year, and she has helped me recover from a car accident where my primary care physician, physical therapy and therapeutic massage all failed. I haven't had good luck with chiropractors in the past, either, but she is skilled in techniques nobody had used on me before that were remarkably effective. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Forster is the first one I've seen who combines chiropractic specialty with deep message therapy. The way she quickly checked through my alignments for problem areas while asking me for precise poses showcased her many years of experiences. After the exam she went right onto my source area of pain with pinpoint accuracy which highlighted her professional knowledge. Her chiropractic work opened up my pain areas while deep message released the long buried pain. After a couple sessions on my root problem area she started working up towards back and neck to make sure my whole body is re-aligned. She said our body is a kinetic system, while one part of that system is misaligned all other parts are affected; therefore, after bringing the problem area back to alignment she has to re-align all the other parts to adjust for the change. That not only makes sense in theory but also makes me feel soothing good from head and neck down through back to hip. Dr. Forster's talent and love for her work clearly displays each time I visited for treatment, and it's such a wonderful sight seeing someone who concentrates on the work she totally loves and embraces with a depth of professional knowledge one can master only through tremendous interests in and respect for her work. Thanks to Dr. Forster hopefully I can enjoy outdoor activities again after 2 years of frustrations through varieties of treatments.

Dr. Jen has been keeping me "moving" for the last 4 1/2 years. I could not do my active business without her! Monica is great too!
